cat grass

Upcycled this cottage cheese container to plant some cat grass for my Bella. 

I started these seeds indoors about 5 days ago or so and they've sprouted so tall already. 

I bought the seeds from Garden Hoard. They have 6 urban farms in southeast Michigan and they also sell a variety of organic seeds. I can't remember how I found them but I love being able to support small businesses like these. The seed packaging is adorable and Katie even includes print outs with thorough information and instructions if you're unsure how to plant something that you bought. I like these thoughtful gestures. 

Bella has been enjoying this for a few days now, lucky girl.
