Bokashi Compost Update

It has been almost 2 months since the last bokashi composting check in.
The food scrap level has gone down, breaking down more since the last that I've seen it. There is no odor at all. Everything looks very brown and dark.

Since I don't have any outdoor space to cure the composted food scraps with soil outdoors, I am going to get some earthworms and put them in there with a lid and a drill a few holes in so the worms can breath. I'll check back periodically to see how much the worms have eaten. I'll have to do this sometime in the next couple of weeks.
